I would definitely not make a book into a movie. The book always ends up being loads better than the movie. I would make a romantic comedy about a journalist and a public relations consultant who are rivals. At first, they will do everything in their power to trip the other up. However, when they both get fired from their jobs, and they uncover a major scandal in a large corporation, they team up to bring down the guys who got them fired. It sounds cheesy, but I can see it working
